Quick and Easy Corn, Shrimp and Crabmeat Chowder

2 lbs. of russet potatoes, peeled and chopped (I like mine thick)
1 cup of onions and green onions (chives) chopped
4 cups water
1 can of creamed corn and 1 can of whole corn (please drain)
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup evaporated milk
Salt and pepper
1 pound of shrimp

1/2 cup of crabmeat


Boil potatoes in 2 cups of water until tender. Mash potatoes until dissolved. Add onions, water, milk and whipping cream. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 20 minutes. Add both cans of corn. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer 20 minutes. Add shrimp, and 1/2 cup of crabmeat (*optional) cook about 10 minutes and serve...and "That's Good Stuff"!!!
*You can add cheese and chives to garnish*

Quick Dessert Recipe'

Refrigerator Strawberry Cheesecake



2 packages of cream cheese (room temperature)

1cup sour cream

1 8 oz. container of whip cream

1 tablespoon vanilla

1/2 cup sugar

2 graham cracker pie shells



Mix/blend sugar and cream cheese together. Fold in whip cream, vanilla and sour cream, beat until mixture is smooth. Spoon into pie crusts and top with strawberry, chocolate or your favorite topping. You can put the topping on the top of the crust before spponing in mixture for a surprising twist.

Put one pie in freezer for storing and refrigerate the other for 3 hours and serve or you can eat both fo the pies. Irresistable!!!

From This To That

30 Minute Meals Meatloaf-Tacos



2lbs. ground meat

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 tablespoon worsteshire

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 egg

Mix these ingredients together well and form into a mound (bread like)

Microwave for 30 minutes, drain excess oil

Optional *You can top this off with a little spaghetti sauce to add color and zest.

Steam a bag of veggies and That's Good Stuff!!



Next day...

Slightly reheat and crumble leftover meatloaf

Use corn or flour tortilla, add salsa, lettuce, cheese and sour cream and That's Good Stuff!!!
