2 lbs. of russet potatoes, peeled and chopped (I like mine thick)
1 cup of onions and green onions (chives) chopped
4 cups water
1 can of creamed corn and 1 can of whole corn (please drain)
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup evaporated milk
Salt and pepper
1 pound of shrimp
1/2 cup of crabmeat
Boil potatoes in 2 cups of water until tender. Mash potatoes until dissolved. Add onions, water, milk and whipping cream. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 20 minutes. Add both cans of corn. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer 20 minutes. Add shrimp, and 1/2 cup of crabmeat (*optional) cook about 10 minutes and serve...and "That's Good Stuff"!!!
*You can add cheese and chives to garnish*
