Refrigerator Strawberry Cheesecake
2 packages of cream cheese (room temperature)
1cup sour cream
1 8 oz. container of whip cream
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
2 graham cracker pie shells
Mix/blend sugar and cream cheese together. Fold in whip cream, vanilla and sour cream, beat until mixture is smooth. Spoon into pie crusts and top with strawberry, chocolate or your favorite topping. You can put the topping on the top of the crust before spponing in mixture for a surprising twist.
Put one pie in freezer for storing and refrigerate the other for 3 hours and serve or you can eat both fo the pies. Irresistable!!!
